Aims of course:

To provide training for staff with a designated responsibility as fire warden or fire marshal, to ensure that they can carry out their duties relating to fire safety and emergency procedures.

Course content includes:

Fire safety legislation

Basic fire prevention in the workplace including general housekeeping

Building fire protection including means of escape, signs and notices etc

Emergency evacuation procedures and assembley points

The role of a fire warden/marshal

Practical use of a fire extinguishers on live fires
