CTC, in conjunction with Life Path Trust and Entrust Care are holding a celebration of your achievements over the last 5 years.

The event will be held at Merrick Lodge Hotel on October 14th.  Entry is by ticket only which can be obtained by contacting Lyn on 02476 454514 or admin2@coventrytraining.org.uk There is no charge for tickets.  Details of times and 'what's on' are also available from Lyn

At the event there will be a display of Person Centred Planning goals and achievements by people supported by Life Path Trust. We will also be giving out awards and acknowledging the hard work and commitment made by a whole host of people without whom we would not have achieved so much.
